I grew up on a dry land cereal cropping farm near Werrimull, Victoria and I now live near Murray Bridge, South Australia with my partner Arthur and dog, Kevin.

​

I always enjoyed photography but never did much with it and took the chance to get better at it back in 2019.

​

At the time Arthur and I had been saving to travel Australia and left that year. It was a tough choice whether to spend money on a beginners photography course rather then save that little bit more for travelling.

​

We had 8 wedding invites in the same year that we left to travel and made it to 4. On one occasion of being back home for a wedding I said to one of my friends "I wonder if I could do photography as a career and start a family photography business". She told me "Just do it, what have you got to lose". So that's exactly what I did. I just tightened my pony-tail and dove straight in!

Arthur and I travelled on and off for 3 years and eventually made it around Australia!

5 years, lots of free sessions and about 6 courses later (Maybe more!) here I am!
